Returns Policy

Personalised products that include person name, specific letters, or anything that cannot be used by somebody else is not eligible for return or refund. Please keep in mind this. We’ll contact you during the production time to make sure the product is as you expect it to be, including calls, photos or videos to verify you’re happy with the personalised product.

Non personalise products are eligible for return or refund during the 14 days since the purchase date. The product must be in intact conditions and undamaged.

The delivery cost for any return would be required to be pay by the customer returning the item.
